Inspired by the glossy marketing materials developed byrecent luxury condominiums, specifically The Ashland in Downtown Brooklyn, this booklet serves as a sarcastic brand identity for my neighborhood of East New York.

I examined the origins of the housing project ironically titled Pink Houses and the history behind The New York City Housing Authority. In doing so, I found that East New York was shaped by a legacy of redlining and racial segregation.
